About the service

• The packages listed above are the most popular options. If you need a different shooting duration, adjustments can be made accordingly. Please note: wedding sessions require a minimum of 1 hour, and couple or solo sessions require a minimum of 2 hours.
• All photos are by default permitted to be used by the photographer for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer your identifiable photos not to be published, please inform me in advance.
• These sessions are intended for personal use only. Photos may not be used for commercial purposes.

Additional photos

• Extra edited photos: 60 DKK per image
• All RAW files: 20% of the total package price

Booking and shooting process

• Please read this Notes and all terms carefully before booking.
• Make sure you genuinely like my style. Please do not ask me to imitate other photographers’ work.
• A 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm the booking.
• The photographer will send a reminder one day before the shoot. If you do not receive a reminder before 17:00, please contact the photographer, as this may indicate an unexpected issue. (Even if I broke my leg, I’d still show up on crutches — unless I fall into a deep coma.）
• Photos will be shown to the client during the shoot for real-time review.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
• All unedited photos will be delivered the same evening or the following day.
• Edited photos are selected by the photographer (including back or close-up shots where appropriate).
• Preview edits will be delivered within 5 working days. The number of preview photos is 10% of the final edited set.
• Once the preview photos are approved, the final edited photos will be delivered within 10 working days.
• All photos will be delivered via Baidu Cloud or Google Drive.
• Photos sent via Google Drive must be downloaded within one week, after which files will be cleared.

Post-editing

• Color grading is based on my artistic style and aesthetic judgment.
• Retouching focuses mainly on improving skin blemishes, slight color correction, and subtle facial/body liquify adjustments.
• I do not do over-smoothing that removes skin texture, plastic-surgery–style reshaping, unrealistic alterations, digital clothing ironing, or background manipulation.
• Preview edits generally do not include adjustments unless there is a major error or the client provides specific, reasonable feedback that aligns with my aesthetic.
Examples of acceptable feedback include “Could the colors be a bit more vibrant?” or “Can the shadows be slightly darker?”
Vague requests such as “It feels weird but I’m not sure why” or “The editing looks heavy” cannot be accommodated.
• Preview edits can be revised up to 2 times, and final photos allow for one minor adjustment.

Payment methods, additional fees, and deposit policy

• Payments can be made in DKK or CNY. Bank transfer is preferred. PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Xiaohongshu Shop Payments are also accepted, but exchange rates and transaction fees will apply.
• Within Copenhagen Zones 1–2, the photographer covers their own transport. For shoots outside these zones or inside paid venues, the client is responsible for the photographer’s transportation and entrance fees.
• In general, deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is not caused by the photographer.
• If the client or an immediate family member / close friend is in an emergency situation or becomes seriously ill, the deposit will be fully refunded out of humanitarian consideration.
• If the client cannot attend the shoot due to force majeure (such as flight cancellation or train suspension), 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Visa rejection, missing flights, scheduling mistakes, oversleeping, etc. are considered client-related issues, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Other important notes and risk prevention

• Please be punctual. If the client is late, the shooting time will not be extended, and the photographer is not responsible for any impact on the final results.
• If the client is late by 30 minutes or more, the photographer has the right to cancel the shoot, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Please respect each other. Do not repeatedly overturn decisions already confirmed in earlier stages when the shoot has progressed to later stages.
• Mutual respect is required at all times. In extreme circumstances—such as verbal abuse, shouting, physical aggression, threats to personal safety or property—the photographer will immediately leave, delete all images, keep the deposit, and reserve the right to report to the police or pursue legal action.
• The photographer cannot guarantee specific weather conditions or the state of shooting locations.

• The photographer will guide poses throughout the shoot. You do not need to worry about expressions, angles, or posing—simply relax and enjoy the session.
• I hope every shoot begins and ends happily. I also hope our energies match so we can capture beautiful moments together. However, if you have extremely precise preferences, require me to shoot only from specific angles, or insist on maintaining a fixed style or posture, we may not be the best match.
• Many styles look beautiful online but may not suit everyone in real life. To avoid disappointment, I offer options for early termination. If you are dissatisfied during the shoot, you may stop the session, and no final payment or photos will be delivered. If you are dissatisfied during the preview-edit stage, you may terminate the post-production process and receive a 20% refund of the total package price.
